Assisted a private equity firm with the selection and implementation of a entity management solution allowing them to keep track of captables within its ownership structures, report trustworthy data to its stakeholders and be the single source of truth within the organization.

Supported a private equity firm with managing their incoming legal requests. Request were coming in through e-mail, hallway conversations, phone calls or even Whatsapp. I implemented a system for the business to file requests allowing the legal team to manage incoming requests, prioritize and gain sensible data from everything that comes in on a daily basis.

Helped a private equity firm (partially) automate their contract review process. The legal team within this company handled around a dozen of NDA’s per day, reviewed by each legal team member individually in their own manner. It took a huge chunk of their time even though NDA’s were considered to be low value work. It just had to be done. Together with the team we created a playbook which we integrated in an AI solution, helping them do the review a whole lot faster.

Supported a private equity firm with a full scan of the legal department, to see where any inefficiencies occur. Based on this analysis I created a practical roadmap with recommendations and actions for the future.
